Shift4Shop is an e-commerce platform with a rich set of features for a very affordable price. Live chat can be easily added to it to allow customers chatting with customer service representatives in real time. To add Provide Support live chat app to Shift4Shop web building platform you need to do the following:

1. Log into your Provide Support account Control Panel, follow My Account / Chat Button Codes page and copy there "Fully Featured Chat Button Code with Uploadable Online / Offline Images"
2. In Shift4Shop dashboard follow Settings / Design page
3. In the Design section open Header & Footer
4. Ensure that an option Global footer is enabled
5. In the editor click the <> button to insert the chat button code generated on the first step
6. After pasting the code click 'OK' button in the editor window
7. Click 'Save' button to save changes in the Global footer
8. Check how the chat button looks on your website
